Important Notice for Institutes :- After completing the examination process, all institutes are required to submit the Affidavit cum Declaration Form. The form is available on our website under the “Important” section. Please download the form, complete it, and send a scanned copy to the following email address: 📧 azadsinghmemorial@gmail.com.. Submission of this form is mandatory. Attention Please :- Our online course website/panel is in maintenance mode .

Follow each step carefully to ensure a successful registration without delay.

Dear Sir/Madam,

To register successfully as a Coordinator, follow the steps below in order. Incomplete or incorrect submissions may delay approval.

Step 1 Coordinator Registration

Visit the official registration portal
Fill required fields:
- Name
- Mobile & Email
- Location / Zone / District
Click Submit to complete registration

➡ Redirects to Registration Fee Payment Page automatically.

Step 2 Registration Fee Payment

Pay via:
- UPI
- Debit/Credit Card
- Net Banking

➡ Redirects to KYC Document Upload Page upon success.

Step 3 KYC Document Upload

Upload the following documents:

Aadhaar Card (Coordinator)
PAN Card
Recent Photo (Professional or Passport-size)
Qualification Certificate

Note: Ensure clarity. Blurred or wrong files may lead to rejection.

Step 4 KYC Review & Approval

Review completed within 1 hour
If verified, approval is granted instantly
🛑 If rejected, you'll be notified to re-upload correct documents

Step 5 Login Credentials

Credentials will be emailed after KYC approval
Check Inbox and Spam for "Coordinator Login Details"
